How to use the order form

Our order form allows you three options:

1. To order a title complete the information below and mail or fax (408-462-2536) us the form with payment. You can either mail a check in US Dollars or fax your credit card number and expiration date. We accept Visa, Master card, AMEX, and Discover. We do not advise submitting credit card information over the internet. When you fax us the information we will set up an account for future orders.

2. Once you have an account with us already (meaning we have your credit card number and expiration date on file), simply fill out the information and click the button at the end of the page to e-mail the order. Once we receive the request we will e-mail you with the total cost and the earliest date we can ship the package.

3. If you would like us to search for a title, fill out the information and click the button at the end of the page to e-mail a search request. We will research the request and let you know within 1-3 days whether the title is available.

Security of credit card information: We do not disclose our list to anyone. Credit card information is kept securely in a safe for future orders. This allows you to simply e-mail any future requests for titles without transmitting credit card information each time. If you do not wish to have an account with us please indicate so when sending payment.
